Well Health (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Well Health website.

How will I be refunded in case of order return or cancellation of the purchase?

For credit card purchases:

The credit card company will be notified of the reversal of your purchase. The reversal will occur within 30 to 90 days, in one go, regardless of the number of installments, remembering that the deadline for the reversal is stipulated by the credit card company.

For purchases made through Boleto Bancário:

The refund will be made by bank transfer, within 30 to 60 days after the product classification in our distribution center. The refund will be made to the account of the registrant, coinciding with the registration data entered at the time of purchase.

IMPORTANT

If you require additional refund scans, it will be done within 30 business days.
